Friday December 17 2021 - Just before the launch (JWST)

The Webb space telescope is scheduled for launch on Saturday 18 December 2021 by an Ariane V launch vehicle from the European Spaceport at Kourou, French Guyana. Find out the latst news of this critical launch of the biggest space telescope ever constructed. This presentation will also look at the main scientific tasks of the mission and what will be happening to the telescope immediately after it has been launched. Free tickets for this presentation will be available here from Monday December 6 2021.
