2016/17 Public Night Season starting

Public Night season is about to start and apologies for the late notice. We hope to start with a cracker. The season begins on Friday and Saturday 9-10/9/2016 with Mark Thompson, the People's Astronomer - @peopleastro and our President as our first speaker. His talk will be "The Search for a New Home – Introducing Proxima B.

The full listing of dates for 2016/17 is available on our events calendar. We will be having a mid season break as we will be holding the Children's Event in February following its success last year.

Don't forget to wrap up warm if you like to have a look at the skies.

We hope you will enjoy our programme of events and we look forward to seeing you.
